Hi Fayha,

Here's some sessions for you that will help with what we worked on yesterday, make sure you're signed in at the top left of the website so that it recognises you for access to the videos. At the bottom of the page is the recording of the lesson, I'm afraid I must have hit the wrong button to start with as the first half is a video of my face!! But the audio is still there, thank god your earphone fell out as afterwards it's of you riding too. Sorry about that, I promise to do better on the recording side next time.
